Quality assurance and environmental policy

Ampurdan Bus S.L., it is an entreprise dedicated to the transport of travelers for more than a 100 years. Our slogan nowadays and the one we have had since 1900 it is: first the client, our challenge; to please the client, our wish; that the client is confortable with us, our hope having achieved it and our aim, that more than clients they become our friends. All that we want to achieve it with our quality and environmental politicy:

• We take on the commitment to continue improving processes involved in the transport of passengers, in order to increase the grade of satisfaction of our clients.
  
• We assume the commitment to prevent pollution and to reduce within our means the environmental impact that our activity may cause, respecting the environment and reducing the consumption of resources.
  
• We will keep informed on legal and regulatory requirements that we may apply and we will promote the necessary actions to assure that our activity is performed according to the sectoral environmental laws and regulations in force.
  
• We will train and make aware the intern staff about quality and environment, making them responsible of the execution of their tasks.
  
• We compromise that these policy will be known and understood inside our company, for all people that will work with us and for the public and we will provide the necessary resources for its compliance.

In compliance with our policy, we will stablish different challenges annually, from which we will develop specific actions to improve the company.
